..and violating their rights doing so. I wonder how little ms. princess there would like it if people gave her a potentially intrusive and embarrassing physical exam against her consent? I am not surprised, but highly disappointed a doctor being trained on the floor would question the ethics in this particular case and have the complete lack of tact to note how other doctors would essentially bully the patient into compliance. People who have been detained should be given the presumption of INNOCENCE before guilt. They are still human beings. As a woman, I particularly dislike being touched by someone I have not given consent to and have adults who witness it blow it off like it isn’t a big deal. I can only imagine how this young man must have felt.
