I have a nasty habit of overthinking the future — overthinking my options — overthinking what could happen. I’ve found focusing on one hurdle at a time, narrowing to a few goals vs many and not spreading myself too thin has reduced my stress a lot. I’d also suggest learning to say “No” sometimes to invites of events you really don’t want to attend or to tasks you genuinely don’t want to do. No need to explain in detail why you say no, just say it.
