I think before they are allowed to legislate anything pertaining to a woman’s reproductive care, they should have to learn exactly what happens during a pap smear, how the body is impacted through every stage of pregnancy, what happens during an abortion and or D & C, how hormonal birth control works (and why some people cannot use it), why women seek ligations and other methods of sterilization, the stats on how many men have poked holes in (prior to) and or intentionally removed condoms (during sex), breast exams, etc…

That, or they need to start considering letting us ladies impose some ridiculously extreme rules on vasectomies (like determining an age when we should require them) and Viagra (limiting the use of only when a partner can sign off and approve the use of with his doctor). Oh, and how incest/rapists and dead beat fathers get treated by the legal system moving forward.

Just saying — fair is fair.
