I was always put off when sex therapists back in the 90s and early 2000s would urge wives and girlfriends to basically “cave in” and have sex, regardless of whether or not she was in the mood. Over the course of the relationship, their sex-life had dwindled. Did the therapist or guy ever think to ask why? No. They just pushed for her to basically lay there and let him lock up when he was done.

For those guys who refuse to listen to or do things your partner might like in bed: consider your partner’s needs too, not just your own. This isn’t the [insert guy’s name] show, it is a relationship, which means both parties provide input.
