I went low-carb/keto and I eat copious amount of avocados, butter, bacon, etc. I’ve altered things like pizza to either eating the chicken crust kind (because honestly, I’ve never liked ghost-broccoli aka cauliflower), or I just make what amounts to cheese-crisps in the oven with pepperoni on them.

My goal wasn’t necessarily to lose weight, short of the initial 10lbs. I just physically feel better, less bloated, when I abstain from rice, pasta, and bread.
