I’d love to read a book a day for a month, but who has the time? But I will say, I get the point. In the last few years, I decided I was done postponing certain personal aspects of enrichment because I was too busy or because of work. I took up overcoming my fear of technology — still tinkering with code here and there when I can. I learned how to knit. And, because I have a day job, I started buying most of my reading in audio so I can listen throughout the day. If I have a mind to, I can get through a book every 1–3 days depending on the length of the book. On average, with life and other things I’d like to do, I finish about 3 or 4 books a week when I’m motivated. I do know people who tirelessly read a book a day, I call those my retired relatives who have nothing else to do all day.
