Or in some cases, not so much accepting an apology but letting go of people who DO set out to ruin your day. Those toxic frenemies, or narcissistic or abusive relatives or partners that just need to go. Once you go no-contact or cull them from your daily routine, the healthier you are and the more you are able to focus on what is important to you.
