Ours physically screens every patient prior to treatment, limits the number of people who can be in the office at any time (including the waiting area, opting to have people sit in their cars). They went through the process of cleaning everything before, during, and after, and they're passing an additional expense for the cost of extra PPE to the patient and their insurance. I noticed too they had the staff remove any and all personal or unnecessary items from counters and working areas. Everything was put away. They are not messing around.
