We need to value a woman's time the same way we do a man's time, period. My time is just as valuable as his; my sleep, my work, my leisure - equal. I shouldn't have to sacrifice more of my time if he is going to refuse to do the same when needed. Speaking generally, of course, I know some people are going to jump in and scream "not all guys" do this. Yeah, I know. But the majority of the ones I've known, do. They plop onto the couch and gladhand their remote or game controller while his wife/gf starts cleaning up the house and dealing with household stuff after they've BOTH worked all day.
