You can sit down with a lawyer while prepping your prenup and they can answer those questions. The nice thing is, when you have a will, your prenup can supersede these wishes too. So you don’t need your spouse sitting there having to sign off on anything you owned or had prior to the marriage. However, you will want to be sure to detail in your prenup or will what you do want your spouse to have in the event of your death.
